I have put her up on youtube and will be putting more up each time she has a class! Come check her out you can find her here on youtube!
Ok today did not go so well. It was raining all day and with Anna being fussy all, day that means there was no walking or working out. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day! Didn't eat to many bad things today. But still no happy with drinking the sodas, gah I do kick myself for that today. Nope not making any excuses on why I drink soda today, just did. Soda is my weakness and I will control it! I did however get to go out and buy some apples and bananas! There was absolutely NO fruit in the house and with that, I find fatty crap to snack on. Now there's fruit, I will always go for that first :). I am not going to weigh myself for awhile. I know disappoint will follow. May if I lay down with my feet in the air and place the scale on top of my feet would make the number on the scale more suitable lol.
On another note, I have to put Anna back on Similac. I tried out the Gerber Soy once more and it has clogged her up so bad that juice isn't even helping now. Bleh, I was hoping I could keep her on Gerber but if it is going to do this to her, I am not putting her through it. I'm still working on her trying to sleep through the night and go to bed earlier but she doesn't seem to want to work with me on that. I have tried every suggestion that anyone has gave me and Anna has turned against each one >.<.
Well tomorrow is a new day and hopefully a better one! Weight loss here I come!
Did my daily laps yesterday and will be doing them again this evening. Traded in my sodas for water and cutting out my daily snacks. I am not planning on weighing myself because before, I was obsessed with weighing myself and got easily discouraged! Plus any weight loss instructor will tell you to stay away from the scale.
So today my plan is, water, walking, and my work out dvd. My biggest problem I have to work on is staying away from snacking and sodas. Those are my weaknesses but I am deteremined to shed these pounds! If anyone would like to join me, just post your picture in my comment (front and side view) and we will keep track together!!
This mama is getting back into shape! I have weighted to long, my daughter is all ready 6 months old! So today is day 1 of my journey to weight loss! I will post pictures (yes I am brave) to show my where I started and my progress! So here we go!
Front and side view (gag) Current weight: 182 O.O *gasp*
Did 6 laps around my apartments, which each lap is a good walk, and I had 14 lbs of Anna strapped to me :). Ah and traded my soda for water!
I am currently a friend with a woman on Facebook who very much inspires me. Dottie, is an beyond amazing person! Every day she dedicates herself to rescuing and helping dogs from abuse and neglect and help them find a furever home! She has helped so many, and even if she feels like she can't do it anymore, she keeps on going. I would like to dedicate this post to her and help raise donations for what she does! Proceeds will go towards, dog food, flea/tick shampoos, shots, spay/neutering. There is no specific amount you can donate, any amount will help out! Please take time to help out for a worthy cause :). These animals will be for ever grateful!
The tip jar I am offering on here is just for this purpose. Collections will be taken at the end of every month :) Here are just some of the animals she has rescued.

If you would like to help donate, please just click the tip jar :D
If you are anything like me, I have went through several different types of Shampoos and Conditioners just to find the one that suited me and well I still haven't found the right one. So I went into some searching and found some consumer ratings that I will be soon trying out! But here is what I have found and may help you on your next selection!
Good HouseKeeping: Editors at the Good HouseKeeping Research institute test 12 Shampoo and Conditioners that are said to thicken hair. Results are measured with lab equipment and rated by consumers. Pantene Pro-V & Thick and Nexxus Diametress Luscious Hair Thickening are said to be the best shampoos for adding volume to hair. Editors say hair color can have an effect on a shampoo's overall effectiveness, but they will not explain why. *Credibility Rating is 4 out of 5 stars*
Choice Magazine: In this test from Choice magazine, the Australian version of ConsumerReports.org, 500 home testers take part in a blind trial of 41 shampoos. Shampoos are tested for overall "clean feel" and fragrance. Salon shampoos are found to be no better than supermarket brands. In fact, the top three brands are from the supermarket. The top choice is the Fruitrience Raspberry and Pink Grapefruit Enriched, which is not available in the United States. Dove Revitalizing and Garnier Fructis Fortifying tie for second place. Three products tied for third place, including Kerastase Bain Satin Nutritive 1, which is the most expensive shampoo tested. Many of the shampoos included in the test are not available in the United States. *Credibility Rating is 4 out of 5 stars*
Good HouseKeeping: This article discusses ways to protect or extend your hair color. There are shampoos that deposit semi-permanent color and shampoos that protect color from fading. Good Housekeeping Research Institute editors spent 500 hours testing 24 shampoos. Top-rated for all hair colors is L'Oreal Professionnel Colorist Collection Shampoo, a depositing shampoo (i.e. one that leaves dye on the hair). Four non-depositing or protective shampoos are also winners. The flaw in this review is that non-winning shampoos are not mentioned and not much detail is given about those that performed the best. *Credibility Rating 4 out of 5 stars*
Some websites on internet have recommended at least 10 Best Shampoo for Dry Hair. The rank is made based on consumer reviews. The reviews are written directly by consumers who have experienced with those products, so it is reliable and trusted. The Best Shampoo for Dry Hair according to the rank is Joe Biolage Shampoo, Kerastase Shampoo, Opalis Shampoo, Frederic Fekkai Shampoo, L’Occitane Aromachologie Shampoo, Oscar Brandi Pronto Dry Shampoo, J.F. Lazartigue Shampoo, Kiehl’s All Sport Everyday Shampoo, Phyto Shampoo and Garnier Fructis Haircare Fortifying 2-in-1 Shampoo + Conditioner for Dry or Damaged hair.

While there are hundreds of hair loss shampoos on the market only a select few have been proven to reduce hair loss. The top five hair loss shampoo products are all ranked very closely together per consumer reviews. The top five best hair loss shampoo products are Provillus, Hair Genesis, Nioxin, Viviscal and Revita. These are considered the top because of their results, effectiveness, affordability, accountability and customer service of the manufacturer. The shampoos Cre C, Phytocyane, Thymuskin, and Nisim also have really good reviews.
When it comes to oily hair, the best shampoo and conditioner that ranked 4.9 stars out of 5 was TRESemme Deep Cleansing
:) I have heard wonderful things about TRESemme and think that is going on my next shopping list!

One of lifes most sneaky creatures! I own 3 and every day it is something new with them. Anything they can possibly squeeze into or find things to get into, they are after. Nothing is safe. I have a male cat named Binx, he absolutely loves hair bows! Well I thought I would be clever and stick my bows in a jar and place them on top of my dresser. Mind you my dresser is 7 1/2 feet tall due to a huge mirror! Anyhow, with in 10 mins of leaving the room I hear something getting knocked over. I walk into my room, the jar is turned over and there is Binx starring at me from the floor with scattered bows all around him like look what I did haha. I quickly learned they have to be kept in my top drawer. I did give him for a few to play around the house only to keep in occupied long enough to not go snooping around my room!
Kali is my female cat, she is a Calico. Very skittish around people she does not know but is a very loving cat. When Anna cries, she quickly runs over and looks at her like what's wrong? She is also my sneaky one, she is very quiet when it comes to getting into things that I rarely catch her in the act but know it's her because the other two cats have been with me.
Piggy is my other female cat and the reason her name is Piggy, it's because ever since she was winged all she did was eat. She ate more than the other kittens and til this day she will eat anything you give her. She is my baby and the youngest. She is from Kali's 1st litter. Although she is sweet she is the one that taunts the other two until all 3 are running from room to room like the fur on their butts was on fire.
^^This is Kali. She will be 3 September 2012!
This is Binx, he will be 2 July 2012!
This is Piggy she will be 2 March 2013 :)
So including Anna, I have 4 babies :) Love them all to pieces!
